Secretary and Registered Office
Company Secretary and Registered Office:
If one is appointed, the Company Secretary is responsible for the correct and proper administration of a company’s various registers, and to ensure that its statutory and non-statutory filings with the various government agencies are made on time. As well as acting on behalf of all our clients as their tax agent, we often act as corporate Company Secretary for our incorporated clients as well.
Together with providing our incorporated clients with their registered office address, we are able to get on with many tasks on behalf of our clients as efficiently and with as little inconvenience as possible.
Please contact us to discuss how we can help you, for more information or to arrange a no-obligation meeting.
